If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please take advantage of our return policy.
1. Request For The Returned Or Exchanged Items
a. The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization (return address) or exchange authorization within 60 days upon receipt if you want to return/exchange your purchase.
b. Items received unused (without the smell of perfume), unwashed, not in damaged or worn condition (only when the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt);
c. Items received in original packaging.
Note: 1. For Swimwear, Sleepwear, Underwear & Bodysuit, if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service. 2. Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. 3. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned parcels sent freight collect or COD (Collect of Delivery).
2. Return Guidelines
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days upon receipt. However you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.
3. How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, if you ask for return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
Additional notes about Warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items, or discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
