  1. How long can items be stored for in my shopping cart?

    The shopping bag your account is linked to will retain its contents up to 30 days. This applies to all customers.

  2. An item added to my shopping bag was sold out.

    The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is extremely popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for a total of 30 days, however stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. You are therefore encouraged to submit payment as soon as possible.

  3. Do you restock items that are sold out?

    Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. However you can vote for the out of stock item to be restocked.
    To review all of your tracked items, simply log in and go to your account. Check the Out of Stock Subscriptions section to see which of the items have been restocked and brought back to our online store for purchase.

  5. Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?

    Yes, the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount. For example, If you are interested in purchasing more than 10 pieces, we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Please contact our Sales Department on sales@dressbest.comand provide the following information:
    - The product(s) that you are interested in
    - The exact order quantity for each product
    - Your desired timeframe
    - Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes
    Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quotation. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save. For instance, if your order quantity is 20, the average shipping cost per unit will be much cheaper than if you just buy one piece.

  6. What should I do if I want to add or remove the items in the cart?

    Please sign into your Dressbest account and select the shopping cart on the top right of the page. You will be able to view all of the items that are currently in the shopping cart. If you wish to delete an item from the cart, simply click on the "X" button next to the item. If you wish to change the quantity for any individual item, simply enter the new amount you want to purchase in the "Quantity" column and click "UPDATE CART".

  7. How Do I Pay For My Order?

    We like to give you plenty of payment options; we accept Visa, MasterCard credit card and also offer PayPal as our secure payment method which accepts all kinds of credit or debit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

    PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at Dressbest.com to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). Dressbest cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

  3. Why Was My Order Canceled?

    Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund.
